All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case an item is mislisted, OXOSSI reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price. Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that OXOSSI shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, OXOSSI shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

RETURNS
All returns must be authorized by OXOSSI. Returns and exchanges for new items are accepted within 14 days for domestic and 21 days for international purchases from the date of receipt. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. All returns must be shipped via traceable and insured mail. Returns must be received in NEW, UNWORN, and UNWASHED condition and with all tags attached.
